Ranking in Dubai's real estate search landscape — competing against Bayut, Property Finder, and well-funded portals — required an SEO strategy built into the platform's DNA, not applied as an afterthought.

  • Individual property type pages structured around high-intent transactional keywords (e.g., "apartments for sale in Dubai," "off-plan villas Dubai," "penthouses for sale Dubai")
  • Multi-language URL architecture with dedicated locale segments (/ar, /fr, /ru, etc.) and correct hreflang implementation for each
  • RealEstateListing schema markup on every property page for rich results eligibility
  • Dynamically generated meta titles and descriptions per property — no duplicate or templated meta content
  • Separate XML sitemaps per language submitted to Google Search Console
  • Blog and investment guides to build topical authority and capture informational search queries from investors in the research phase

The multi-language architecture means the platform captures demand from the full spectrum of Dubai's international property investor base.

This project is the most complete demonstration of my philosophy that the website itself, built right, is the best marketing investment a company can make. The same technical SEO principles first applied at smaller scale — on the Kerala tours & travel build — were scaled into a production system that now competes with established portals in one of the world's highest-value property markets.

As the sole full-stack engineer on this project, I owned every layer: database schema, Laravel backend, multi-language routing, frontend templating, SEO architecture, and post-launch analytics. 10+ years of PHP, Laravel, and SEO experience distilled into a single production system.
